Job Overview:

The Assistant Head of Academics supports the Head of Academics in overseeing the academic programs and curriculum development, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s curriculum to ensure it meets educational standards and the needs of all students.
  • Monitor and assess academic performance across grades, identifying areas for improvement and supporting staff in instructional practices.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to teachers, facilitating professional development opportunities and promoting best practices in teaching.
  • Help coordinate academic programs, including enrichment activities, assessments, and interventions for students.
  • Foster open communication between faculty, students, and parents regarding academic policies and student progress.
  • Ensure adherence to educational regulations and standards set by governing bodies.
  • Communicate effectively with the Head of Academics and CEO for academic related matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
