  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The purpose of this job is to manages the on-site construction process, ensuring projects adhere to plans, schedules, and budgets. Responsibilities include overseeing workers, subcontractors, and materials, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance with building codes. They also coordinate with engineers and resolve on-site challenges.

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Interpret and ensure compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities

Resource Management

  • Supervise and manage labor, materials, and equipment on-site.
  • Monitor inventory and procurement of construction materials.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct regular site meetings to update stakeholders on progress and issues

Quality Assurance

  • Monitor quality control standards and ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Inspect work regularly to identify and rectify defects.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance

  • Ensure the site complies with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
  • Promote a culture of health and safety among the workforce

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Maintain records of site activities, inspections, and incidents.

    • Minimum of Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
    • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management would be an advantage
