Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct regular site meetings to update stakeholders on progress and issues
Quality Assurance
- Monitor quality control standards and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Inspect work regularly to identify and rectify defects.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
- Ensure the site complies with safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Promote a culture of health and safety among the workforce
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain records of site activities, inspections, and incidents.

- REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum of Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management would be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Construction and supervisory role
