Responsibilities:

You are required to perform these job functions:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets.
  • Oversee and provide guidance to area managers to ensure consistent operational standards.
  • Coordinate with area managers to address regional operational challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and ensure optimal workforce allocation.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Assist in preparing and managing budgets for F&B operations.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyze operational performance.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating F&B staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and events.
  • Review and analyze reports from area managers to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations management.
  • Strong understanding of F&B industry standards and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and F&B management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
