Job Description:
- You will be able to learn full set of accounts including account payable and account receivable
- Basic book-keeping (P&L, Petty cash)
- Learn to maintain proper filling system and ensure traceable of documents.
- In charge administrative tasks in office such as issue invoice, purchase order, delivery order, payment voucher.
- To update and maintain account records and reports.
- To assist prepare payments according to its procedure.
- To provide administrative support to Seniors
- Any ad hoc tasks when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably Final Year student who is in their final semester
