Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and schedule meetings, visits and traveling arrangements for GM.
- Provide secretarial support including filtering emails and respond as when required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the GM and Department Heads, ensuring effective communication and timely information flow.
- Prepare reports, briefs, presentations and other documentation required by the GM.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on matters as highlighted in the minutes and action plans
- Maintain and organize files, records and databases, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval
- Assist in managing the company's public image and handling communications with the media and public.
- To represent GM to conduct certain internal meetings
- Make travel and hotel arrangements for business
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required by the GM
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess at least diploma of secretarial, degree in business administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Fluent in English, Mandarin
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
