  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities to:-

  • Planning and arrangement of slot booking with Ocean liner
  • Coordinate between ocean liner, shipper and shipper’s agent for SI (Shipping Instruction), DBL (Draft BL) and OBL (Original BL)
  • Ensure Movement of containers are sufficient for shipper
  • Ensure that containers gate in at Port Area within the stipulated time
  • Generation of invoice for customer billing
  • Follow up on payment
  • BL collection at shipping line
  • Courier BL to customer
  • Data Entry/ filing of documents
  • To carry out other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor

Requirements:

  • Min SPM and above
  • At least 1 year experience as a Customer Service Logistic (Sea-freight)
  • Able to use computer
  • Able to communicate English well

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
