  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Finance Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary : RM 4,000 - RM 6,000

Tenure: 12 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete monthly reconciliations.
  • Investigate any discrepancies and work with cross-departmental users to resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Assist the GL team in validating GL postings after user testing, ensuring accuracy in the results.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Document all evidence during reconciliation and testing activities, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
  • Prepare detailed reports on UAT findings and communicate results to relevant stakeholders.
  • SOP Updates:
  • Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to reflect changes from the reconciliation process.
  • Ensure SOP documents remain current with the latest processes and procedures.
  • Ad-hoc Assignments
  • Assist the Manager with any ad-hoc tasks related to daily activities.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred. A professional certification (e.g., ACCA, MIA) or other relevant technical qualifications are desirable.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically within Finance/Accounting functions.
  • Basic understanding of data testing processes and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Applications

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
