Job Description


Summary of the Role:

As the Senior Business Integration Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial and financial performance across our portfolio of renewable energy projects (predominantly solar PV) in the APAC region. You will work closely with the local development teams to assess project feasibility, will representing ib vogt towards and structure deals with external stakeholders, negotiate contracts and support the project delivery team in achieving financial targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of projects including management of internal and external stakeholders from project origination until commercial operation or sale;
  • Working closely with the Development and Execution team, assess project feasibility, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies;
  • Coordination of all aspects of project development to attain construction readiness of the PV Plants, including land securing, technical studies, permitting processes, grid connection application, tenders and project financing;
  • Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth;
  • Develop business case including detailed financial analysis to progress new opportunities and ensure appropriate commercial frameworks are in place;
  • Manage key transactions for multiple projects such as project sale or strategic partnerships with local companies;
  • Project budgeting, timeline planning, risk management, troubleshooting and problem solving;
  • Manage contract negotiation and execution across multiple projects;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, customers, and government agencies.
  • Reporting to project director, the board of directors as well as external stakeholders.

Qualifications


Qualification(s) & Requirements of This Role:

  • Bachelor‘s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Several years of professional experience, in development or management of energy or infrastructure projects.
  • Project financing or EPC experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, able to deal with business owners, regulatory bodies & financial institutions.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills coupled with high sensitivity to different mentalities and practices in an international business environment.
  • High degree of self-responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility.
  • Self-initiating and capable of working in a group, virtual team or alone.
  • Intercultural competence and team-player.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
  • Languages: English, additional languages welcome.
