Senior Product Executive/ Assistant Product Manager

AMT PC Distributors Sdn Bhd is top five largest local IT hardware distributor and wholesaler In Malaysia. Carrying more than 25 brands as distributor in Malaysia; Including IT components and peripherals, PC accessories, input devices, networking, power related products, audio visual equipment and software.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Business Strategy, Marketing & Forecasting

o Develop and forecast business strategies, stock management, and product plans for assigned products.

o Plan pricing, promotions, and marketing strategies by identifying market trends.

o Coordinate with marketing teams from principal brands to develop joint promotions and campaigns.

o Generate ideas and conduct product research for trend promotions.

o Conduct stock forecasting and ensure optimal stock levels through collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

o Liaise with local and overseas principals/suppliers for product inquiries and costing.

o Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve the best outcomes for the company.

· Product & Training

o Arrange and coordinate product training for relevant sales teams and customers.

o Conduct visits to customers to update them on market trends and information.

o Enhance relationships with vendors and customers.

o Foster strong partnerships with principal brands to secure exclusive deals and promotions.

o Work with principal brands to deliver comprehensive training programs.

o Update the latest sales information and cooperate with the sales team to hit targets.

o Provide product guidance to sales teams and assist in the development of sales pitches and presentations.

· Inventory Management, Reporting and Analytics

o Review inventory levels and manage stock aging for slow-moving products.

o Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to meet customer demands.

o Prepare job-related reports and provide detailed sales and market analysis reports to principals and management.

o Analyse key metrics and report on campaign performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Excellent commercial awareness.

· Strong communication, analytical skills, and IT fluency.

· Ability to thrive in a high-stress and fast-paced environment.

· Current knowledge of market, product, and sales trends.

· Experience in working with multiple principals and brands is an advantage.

· Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure content is consistent with the Company’s brand identity and marketing goals.

· Manage in-house campaigns and agency relationships.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

· Salary: RM5,000 and above + Product Incentive (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification).

· Incentive Trip + Yearly Increment & Bonuses + Training & Development Opportunities

WORKING HOUR:

Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

Kawasan Perindustrian Meru, Kapar Klang
