JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
To comply with DOE & DOSH requirement.
To establish and maintain high standard of manufacturing discipline, 5S and ensure the warehouse floor safety.
To ensure the safety measures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.
Compulsory participation in monthly & yearly stock count, Internal & External.
To check forklift condition and water level every morning.
To report any damage at warehouse, racking, product and near miss.
To liaise with Production Supervisor on preparation, raw material & packaging request/issue/transfer for production usages.
To prepare right and accurate quantities of raw material & packaging material for production.
To liaise with Production Supervisor on Product Return.
To submit request from & return form by next working day to production coordinator.
To ensure product issue and return are accurate.
To ensure every pallet label, sealed and with stock card.
To ensure the right product’s detail and accurate quantity on stock card.
Organize warehouse space & optimize space utilization.
To ensure cleaning and sanitation activities done for warehouse including FG, WIP, Packaging room, raw material & incoming area as per state in the cleaning and sanitation schedule.
To prepare receiving reports for raw materials and packing materials received.
To check for quantity of finished products received or released for sales.
To confirm raw materials, packing materials and finished goods quantities.
To check and ensure the cleanliness and tidy of warehouse.
To ensure that stock issued out is based on FIFO/FEFO.
To check containers for leakage to avoid feed damaged.
To plan for loading container.
To share container stuffing draft by email after receive order from customer.
To conduct yearly stock count.
To conduct weekly stock take email (WIP, Raw & Pack Mat and Finished Good store) every Monday & share via email.
To participate in loading and unloading containers.
To summit finish goods checklist & truck condition checklist at least by next working day.
To inform QC for incoming product and load/unload.
To monitor room temperature, record room temperature in checklist every two hours.
To ensure sufficient pallets & use only clean pallet inside warehouse.
To change wooden pallet once ‘QC ON HOLD” released by QC.

Any other duties related to store assigned from time to time

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any related field preferably food or feed.
High responsibility and able to work under Private and Confidential nature, proactive and initiative idea, positive attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure.
Fair command of written and spoken English (Able to communicate in English.)
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
