- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/A Level, Certificate or Diploma
- Candidate must possess excellent communication and listening skills
- Candidate must be passionate to work, customer oriented, able to work under minimum supervision and work within a given datelines
- Answer all lead and client questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
- Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current prospects
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, events, networking and social media
- Build up teamwork among team members and assist executives to achieve goals given by the Manager
- Maintain positive business and client relationships in the effort to extend client lifetime value
- Track all appointments, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
