1. Foreign Worker Management
- Maintain accurate records of foreign workers work permits, contracts, and other necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and company policies.
- Ensure timely renewal of work permits, fomema arrangement and other required legal documents for foreign workers. Coordinate with external agencies and government bodies for the processing of work permits and other legal formalities.
- Assist in addressing any legal or compliance issues related to foreign workers.
2. Training and Development
- Assist in identifying training and development needs within the companies.
- Coordinate and schedule training programs for employees, ensuring that they meet the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Work with external training providers and consultants to arrange for relevant training sessions.
- Maintain training records for all employees and ensure compliance with internal and external training requirements.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support the preparation of training budgets and monitor spending for HRD funds.
- Apply HRDF grant for training programs, ensure grant application & claim successful.
3. Administer Staff Claims
- Process and manage staff claims for medical, travel, and other reimbursable expenses in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims; verify claim documentation and compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of claims, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
- Liaise with employees to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to claims.
- Prepare and submit reports related to staff claims for management review.
4. Others
- Assist with handling employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policy and labor laws.
- Provide support in the preparation of IR-related documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Assist with the resolution of employee grievances, ensuring a fair and legal approach to conflict management.
- Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources, with exposure to staff claims, foreign worker management, training, and industrial relations.

- Strong understanding of labor laws, immigration policies, and HR best practices.
- Experience in organizing training programs and managing staff development initiatives.
- Must be flexible.
