- Support the workshop’s daily operations, ensuring safety protocols and cleanliness are upheld.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, and general paperwork.
- Prepare reports on workshop performance, inventory usage, and productivity.
- Provide updates to the workshop team on schedules, appointments, and any changes.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry-specific regulations.
- Identify and suggest improvements to customer service and operational processes.
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in an office support role or in the automotive industry.
- Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
- Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to system analysis, to achieve work goals
