To perform stock data entry for monitoring system.
To assist in monitoring stock issue/receive physically and in the system.
To assist in monitoring stock level
To ensure all documents given to lorry driver are returned to store with proper chop & signed.
To update daily incoming stock quantity into system timely.
To keep up-to-date records of stock in and stock out from store.
To process stock adjustment and stock transfer transactions.
To ensure all supporting documents are properly filed & maintained.
To assist on stock checks.
To assist in checking goods that arrive and ensure that they are in good order and correct quantity before transfer into the store.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time
Other ad-hoc task as assigned
Working late, through weekend or public holiday as and when require
To implement, maintain and comply with Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and relevant requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 Safety & Health Management System

Achieve at least Diploma certificate
2–3 years experiences in store/warehouse environment dan data entry is preferred
Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is an added advantage
Required skills: Microsoft Office & Auto count
Excellent time and resources management skills
High Stamina and ability to handle pressure
A positive “can-do” attitude
