Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily reservation operations, ensuring accurate bookings and efficient service by the teams, to manage and giving directions as when required
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
  • Resolve customer issues and to address to relevant division for further assistance and clarifications
  • Maintain reservation records and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service.
  • Prepare reports on reservations and service performance of the department.
  • Support coordination of promotional campaigns, travel fairs etc.
  • Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Salary Range: RM4,500.00- RM5,000.00

This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservation Manager at Golden Destinations by ICE Holidays Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Key Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service or reservations or equivalent, those candidates with travel background will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken in English is a must. Candidate with Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage as required to deal with Mandarin speaking customers from time to time.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office, outlook and one drive required.
