• Responsible for the reporting to Department General Manager and Deputy General Manager who leads the overall operation of the “Healthcare Department” Division of Sumitomo Corporation Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. • Responsible for reporting and updating to Healthcare Business Unit in Sumitomo Corporation (Shareholder) in Japanese. • Responsible for updating the progress of each business activities in Healthcare Department, including regulating compliance with laws and regulation, managing finance and distributions, keeping ad organizing records of various facilities and regulations at investor meetings. • Consolidation of group accounts. • Handling payments (Payroll, Rent, Management Fees, etc.). • Tax Management (Scheduled Tax Payments, Tax Filings, etc.). • Audit Follow-ups. • Other tasks (such as Annual Returns). • Monitoring management accounts and KPIs in SC Healthcare Holdings group. • Budget planning and control. • Overseeing corporate governance. • Following up on CoSec matters (e.g., Board of Directors resolutions). • Processing expense claims. • Exploring M&A opportunities in Malaysia as well as Southeast Asia. • Developing new businesses in the healthcare sector in Malaysia. • Creating synergies and optimizing collaboration under SC healthcare holdings group. • Developing alliances between Clinic business and Managed Care business.
