QC Technician

• Support the QAQC team in maintaining and improving the quality of product. • To implement QAQC procedure based on the ISO 9001 and customer requirements. • Operate the CMM, carry out dimensional inspections of components based on programmed routines, and ensure components comply with set quality standards and tolerances. • Detect and address challenges related to CMM programming, equipment operation, and measurement precision and report to QC engineer. • Keep a systematic record of CMM programs, measurement routines, inspection reports, and calibration logs. Make sure documentation remains current and easily retrievable. • To inspect the incoming material, check and verify the Quality product received is following the standard. • To inspect finished goods of the product is following the Quality standard. • To report any NG material, in process and finished good product to QC engineer. • To stop production or if found non-confirming part and report to the QA Engineer and inform to the Production Leader. • To ensure all the measuring equipment are in good condition. • To check the rejected parts, return from customers. • To assist QC engineer for any customer claims issue • To assist immediate superior on part inspection simplification and improvement on inspection methods and check points. • To assist immediate superior, liaise with other department quality on quality solving matter. • To calibrate all the measuring instruments needing in-house calibration and maintain record of the calibration. • To ensure all the measuring equipment are in good condition
