Responsibilities: - Facilitate the smooth transfer of property titles by coordinating with relevant parties and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order. - Manage the grant of probate process by preparing and filing necessary forms and documents. - Assist in calculating and processing stamp duty fees for property transactions. - Maintain and organize records related to real estate transactions and ensure data accuracy. - Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups related to real estate issues. - Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed. - Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, title companies, and other stakeholders involved in real estate transactions. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in real estate or related field preferred. - Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate setting. - Knowledge of title transfer procedures, grant of probate process, and stamp duty requirements. - Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
