Account & Tax Manager

Role of accounting & tax:- 1. Service multiple clients concurrently often meeting deadlines. 2. Collaborates with the team to reach prospective clients. 3. Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service. 4. Identifies opportunities to grow business with exisiting clients. 5. Manage project within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals. 6. Project deadline time management & planning Responsibility:- 1. Communicating with clients to understand their need and explain product value. 2. Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect. 3. Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior. 4. Maintaning update knowledge of company products and services 5. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. 6. Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience. 7. Ensure all the task complete as per LWH Corporate Service Sdn Bhd deadline. 8. Portfolio & cost control with deadline & planning without partner involvement 9.
