Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries on Shopee, Lazada, WhatsApp, and Email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide detailed product information and assist customers with their purchases.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously across different platforms.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
  • Previous experience working in an electrical store or with electrical products is a plus.
