Key Responsibilities:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously across different platforms.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
- Previous experience working in an electrical store or with electrical products is a plus.
