Job Opportunity: Live Agent (Korean Native)

Location: Sunway Visio, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: RM9,000 per month

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

We are hiring Korean-speaking talents to join our team in Kuala Lumpur!

As a Live Agent (Korean Native), you will be the voice of Jetstar to assist customers with their inquiries, bookings, and service needs. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with an attractive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle inbound calls, sales inquiries, and digital chat support for ticket bookings, changes, schedule disruptions, pricing, fare availability, and promotions.
  • Sales Support: Provide assistance for ancillary products like meals, comfort packs, seating, inflight products, and destination activities.
  • Booking Management: Manage itinerary requests, confirm bookings and changes, and address payment-related inquiries.
  • Social Media Engagement: Respond to customer queries and feedback on platforms like Facebook, Messenger, and Twitter.
  • Baggage Support: Assist with lost, damaged, or delayed baggage cases.
  • Proactive Outreach: Conduct outbound service calls for schedule changes and rebooking customers.
  • Feedback Handling: Address compliments and complaints about flights, baggage, inflight services, and more.

Requirements:

  • Native-level fluency in Korean and strong proficiency in English.
