Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening: Identify and attract suitable candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Interviewing: Conduct interviews with potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Candidate Management: Manage the entire candidate lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance. Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates. Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions. Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms. Database Management: Maintain an updated candidate database and client records. Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.
