Job Duties: 1. To prepare partial or full sets of financial and administrative reports. 2. To handle office administration and purchasing duties. 3. Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting reports; including input transaction and analysis. 4. Prepare monthly reconciliation of bank statements. 5. Familiarity with tax filing procedures or basic financial reporting. 6. Update general ledger (GL) account. 7. Maintain AR and AP records. 8. To review and revised the Product Costing and Management Account 9. Monthly inventory recording: maintain stock and ensure up to date product and accurate costing. 10. Assist and support immediate superior for daily company operation 11. Maintain a proper filing system for confidential document. 12. Handling HR administration portfolio. 13. Assist in the placement of permanent and temporary staff. 14. Handle & process all immigration-related matters (Employment Pass, Work Permit) 15. Handle HR matters (staff attendance, leave/ medical or other claims) 16. Answer the telephone in a courteous and professional manner. 17. Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically. 18. Create bill, make invoices and receive payments. 19. Undertake Banking procedures. 20. Manage the SST transaction and payment. 21. Prepare documents for mail-out. 22. Open, stamp appropriately and distribute incoming mail. 23. Type documents as required with a high level of accuracy. 24. Place orders for stationery. 25. Experience with payroll management or HR tasks is a plus. 26. Assist and support immediate superior for daily company operation 27. Maintain a proper filing system for confidential document. 28. Able to use SQL Accounting Software Job Requirement : • Problem-solving ability • Organizational and administrative skills • Ability to work under pressure and manage your time effectively • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive financial and employee information. • Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Physiotherapy. • Required language(s): English • Required Skill(s): Physiotherapy.
