Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for client service and a desire to contribute to our team's success, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Sales and Support:
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Conduct market research and gather relevant information to support sales efforts.
- Provide administrative support for sales and marketing activities.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Assist in organizing and attending industry events and conferences.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain client records and databases.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
