Executive, Procurement (Non-Trade)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Fully accountable in organizing and participating in the selection and management of tender and quotation which shall not limited to the following:

1. Tender & Sourcing:

• Prepare tender document, conduct sourcing activities for Tender and Quotation.
• Being part of opening and/ or evaluation committee for each sourcing activities.
• Assist to conduct commercial negotiation related to terms and conditions.
• Prepare for award documentation.
• Coordinate and work closely with requester/ end user related to sourcing process.

2. Vendor Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts/ agreements and terms to secure advantageous agreements.
• constantly develop and negotiate alternative vendors with competitive pricing, service and quality.
• Ensure adherence to the Procurement policy, directive, guidelines and SOP's.
• To carry out other duties or tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Good knowledge of procurement/ business administration/ planning processes, medical equipment.
• Diploma/ Degree in related field
• Having at least 2-3 years' related working experience in Procurement Tender/ Project Management/ Purchasing/ Business Admin
• Preferably having experience in healthcare procurement/ purchasing will be an advantage.
• Have sound oral and written communication skills in English.
• Be a subject matter expert in Excel and overall digital platforms.
• Be a detailed-oriented and self-starter and have experience in analyzing, translating and complying complex tender/ project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
