Role Overview:
As an Administrative Personal Assistant at GTU GLOBAL PLT, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency. You'll work closely with our team to ensure smooth administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Support:
- - Handle new business inquiries and renewals. - Prepare and send forms to clients. - Collect medical reports from hospitals. - Collect documents from clients for servicing.
2.Documentation and Reporting:
- - Maintain records in Google Sheets/Excel. - Update daily activities via WhatsApp. - Sort personal expense receipts. - Report policy status daily.
3.Agent Support:
- - Assist with new agent contracts and e-recruiting. - Monitor agent KPIs and CPD through e-learning.
4.Appointment and Recruitment:
- - Arrange appointments and initial interviews with candidates. - Post recruitment ads on social media.
5.Meeting and Miscellaneous:
- - Attend regular meetings. - Provide support to team members with authorization.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
