Their duties include assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining accurate employee records and managing internal and external communications for the human resources department.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess or currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Responsibility

  • Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties
  • Assisting the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
  • Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews
  • Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees
  • Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events
  • Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
  • Assist in maintaining financial records, including preparing invoices, expense reports, and receipts.
  • Update accounting systems with daily transactions and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support in reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and assist in audits by organizing required documents.
