Responsibilities:

Fulfilling assigned duties and job functions.
Ensuring smooth operations and providing daily status updates.
Working cross-functionally to ensure efficient execution, holding regular meetings and feedback sessions with the sales team, customers, transportation, and warehouse team to meet customer expectations.
Undertaking any other duties deemed necessary by the management.
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails.
Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Explaining and demonstrating product and service features.
Staying informed about competing products.
Upselling products.

Requirements:

This person must possess own transport.
Open to 1 year sales experience and above talent (Open industry/ sales background, have to be B2B)
SPM holder and above are welcomed.
