We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Management Specialist to join our team. As a Content Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, organization, and maintenance of digital content across various platforms.Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of content and its alignment with business objectives.
Responsibility/Activity:
- Content Creation and Editing: Create, edit, and proofread engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies to meet business goals, considering target audience, brand guidelines, and SEO best practices.
- Content Organization and Management: Organize and manage digital assets,
including text, images, videos, and audio files, using content management systems (CMS) or other relevant tools. - Content Publishing: Upload, format, and publish content on various platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimal user experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to gather content requirements, obtain approvals, and ensure timely delivery.
- Content Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to content contributors on best practices, CMS usage, and content management workflows.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to improve content effectiveness.
- Content Governance: Establish and enforce content governance policies, ensuring adherence to brand standards, style guides, and legal regulations.
Must have skill
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and administrating content management systems, such as WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end customization and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of web development principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Technical expertise in integrating CMS with other systems and platforms, such as marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with content migration strategies and tools to facilitate seamless data transfer into the CMS.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-
functional teams and stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate content requirements and provide constructive feedback.
