Job Summary:

Drives Talent Acquisition in bringing the company as the Top Employer of Choice.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Execute the full spectrum of talent acquisition activities and deliverables, including engaging with internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Interface with HRBPs and the business to ensure talent acquisition is in alignment with the strategic workforce plan.
  • Develop, deploy and manage employer branding, ensuring that we progress towards being employer of choice in insurance industry.
  • Build network of potential candidates, including partnership with other organizations and communities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Degree level, preferably in Human Resource or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in recruitment/ Talent Acquisition.
  • Have strong understanding in end-to-end hiring process, key recruitment metrics, andhow to drive them to deliver a successful outcome.
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, psychological test, and etc.).
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationship with key stakeholders, hiring managers, recruitment firms and potential candidates.
  • Skilled in leading negotiation and management of strategic vendor/ partner relationships.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
