Responsibilities
1. Participate in creative planning and scriptwriting for short videos, ensuring content quality and attractiveness. This includes topic selection, scriptwriting, shooting or video editing, and adding subtitles, special effects, and sound effects.
2. Responsible for the entire process of pre-shooting and post-production, ensuring timely and high-quality production of short videos, and increasing click-through rate and conversion rate.
3. Responsible for executing the script, following actors during shooting, adjusting camera angles, and guiding actors to ensure the quality of the video output.
4. Short video platform operation management: Manage accounts on short video platforms, including content publishing, updating, and deletion. Optimize video titles, tags, and descriptions to improve content search visibility and exposure. Monitor and respond to user comments and messages, and interact with users.
5. Data analysis and reporting: Use data analysis tools and platforms to monitor and analyze key metrics such as video views, interactions, and user feedback. Write reports and analyses, provide operational improvement suggestions, and adjust strategies.
6. User community management: Establish a good relationship with users on short video platforms, enhance user engagement and loyalty. Respond to user questions and feedback, handle complaints and disputes, and create a positive user interaction and community atmosphere.
7. Trend monitoring and market insights: Keep a close eye on the latest trends and developments in the short video industry, understand competitors' operational strategies and popular topics. Conduct market research and analysis, provide insights on user needs and market opportunities.
8. Compliance management: Comply with relevant laws and regulations, ensure the compliance and copyright protection of short video content. Monitor platform violations and copyright infringement issues, handle and report them promptly.
9. Coordination with collaborating teams: Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and relevant departments to ensure the smooth realization of short video operational goals. Coordinate resources, develop plans, and execute strategies
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in fields related to Photography, Film and Television Production, Art Design, or other relevant majors.
2. Over 1 year of experience in shooting advertisements, company promotional videos, documentaries, and commercials.
3. Proficient in shooting techniques, skilled in using DSLR cameras and camcorders, capable of independently handling video and photo shooting. Proficient in using lens language, storyboarding, and creating powerful shots, able to control the rhythm and style of the film and collaborate with the content planning team to present the shooting effects effectively.
4. Proficient in using editing software such as Adobe After Effects (AE), Premiere Pro (PR), Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), and LumaFusion. Familiar with the language of film and television, scriptwriting, and editing language, with a deep understanding of cinematography, music, color, and design aesthetics.
5. Passionate about work, curious and explorative about new things, with strong learning ability and a strong sense of teamwork
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
