Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers in the Korean language. You will assist users with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and general travel information, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Korean, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to bookings, payments, and account management effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer systems and customer service software.
  • Nationality: Malaysian nationality with TOPIK 5 or 6

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
