We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin for sales department to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth and efficient processes. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining sales records, processing orders, and providing general support to help the team meet sales goals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining client records.
  • Order Processing: Process sales orders, ensure accurate data entry into the CRM system, and coordinate order fulfillment with relevant departments.
  • Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound inquiries from customers and prospects, providing information about products, services, and order status.
  • Sales Reports: Generate and maintain sales reports, track sales performance, and provide timely updates to the sales manager and team.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth communication and timely order fulfillment.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare sales contracts, invoices, and other necessary documents as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in Administration or Customer Service
  • Posses Diploma or Bachelor Degree are an advantages
  • Excellent command of the English and Bahasa Malaysia language in writing and speaking.
  • This position is based in Bandar Utama, Damansara
