We are looking for a competitive Key Account Executive to champion the Corporate sales area and continuously develop the existing customers for us to become the number 1 healthy snack brand in the region. Responsibilities include:

    -Strategise the company’s retail regional distribution and trade marketing strategy; -Plan, forecast and set targets for distributors and direct accounts in all countries; -Execute the company's national campaign, track promotion effectiveness and growth priorities; -Continuously review high-growth distribution expansion plan with goals to improve existing retail performance and enter new retail channels; -Conduct market research to identify suitable new markets for Amazin’ Graze and evaluate the feasibility of entering into these new markets; -Create market-specific business plans in collaboration with distributors to identify best products for entry, brand positioning, price positioning, suitable sales channels, good sell through rate as well as branding & marketing plan to ensure successful brand entry and sales growth while ensuring profitability; -Develop and maintain trusting & professional relationship with existing distributors and HORECA customers in order to follow closely Amazin’ Graze’s progress in these markets and drive long term business success for both parties; -Identify, evaluate and reach out to potential distributors, corporate and HORECA leads; -Negotiate key distribution terms with potential partners, finalise distribution agreement and onboard new distributors to facilitate purchase orders; -Attend relevant international trade shows and conventions; -Leading and scaling the Company’s export market; -Establish and review policies for international sales contracts, trading terms, product registration and operational standards and procedures; -Prepare the commercial team’s Key Performance Indicators, targets, policies in order to create accountability with appropriate metrics that coordinate compensation and career advancement for employees; -Define and monitor trade spend per customer and forecast information on pricing and trade spend to the Company. Also to flag exceptions and proactively ask for approval to manage deals outside of the defined bandwidth; -Coordinate and work closely with the internal Production, QA, Fulfilment teams on, among others, demand planning, export requirements, delivery lead time, packaging planning etc; -Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis to management in order to identify key insights and facilitate decision making. -Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company
