Position: HR Executive

Salary: RM2,000 - RM3,000

Working Hours: Sunday - Thursday (8.30AM - 5.30PM) Saturday (8.30AM - 1.30PM)

Location: Lot 5094, Kilang IKS Kawasan Perindustrian Pengkalan Chepa II, 16100 Kota Bharu Kelantan

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement plans.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
  • Ensure compliance with equal opportunity employment laws and regulations.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the execution of onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance.
  • Advise management on legal matters related to HR, such as employee contracts, terminations, and workplace safety.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and values.
  • Identify areas for improvement within HR policies, procedures, and practices and propose necessary changes.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance overall job satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and executive the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, payroll processes, and employee perks.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on HR activities, trends, and recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
