Role PurposeTo provide administrative support for Lotus’s online operations, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory accuracy, and excellent customer service.
You will- Process and monitor online orders, ensuring accurate entry and updates in the system.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment and delivery teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Track and update inventory levels for online stock, reporting discrepancies to the relevant team.
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery statuses, or returns, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Prepare reports on key operational metrics, such as order accuracy, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, order details, and customer communications.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
- Support the Online Operations Manager and Team Leaders with administrative tasks as needed.
- To resolve customer enquiries/complains via Lotus’s CRM promptly

You have- A diploma or secondary school certification (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role (e-commerce or retail experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word) and inventory/order management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills to interact with teams and customers effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
