We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Administrative Clerk. If you have strong financial management skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and record petty cash for daily expenses.
- Process reseller cash-out payments according to the set schedule.
- Handle staff claims and company management claims.
- Prepare and manage staff commission payments based on performance.
- Manage supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Handle utility bills and other operational payments.
- Process staff salary payments according to the schedule.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
- Experience in finance or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
