We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Administrative Clerk. If you have strong financial management skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and record petty cash for daily expenses.
  • Process reseller cash-out payments according to the set schedule.
  • Handle staff claims and company management claims.
  • Prepare and manage staff commission payments based on performance.
  • Manage supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Handle utility bills and other operational payments.
  • Process staff salary payments according to the schedule.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
  • Experience in finance or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • finance: 1 year (Preferred)
