  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand the company’s hiring and talent needs.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment process including creating job description, understanding selection criteria, sourcing, resume screening, and interview arrangement.
  • Assist in ensuring company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal.
  • Assist in ensuring all HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating the HR database.
  • Involved and assist in benefits structure planning and implementation
  • Involve in related ad-hoc or other tasks.

Qualifications & Experiences needed

  • At least Diploma in Human Resources management, Psychology or equivalent field.
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in the HR field.
  • Possesses good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, a team player would be perfect for this role.
  • Resourceful and dynamic, with good problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
  • recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)
