Client: Hospitality
Key Responsibilities:
Full Set of Accounts: Prepare, manage, and review the full set of accounts, including
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, and Financial
Statements.
Revenue Management: Monitor, record, and analyze revenue streams from OTA
channels, PPC marketing, direct sales, and wholesale agreements with hotels.
Sub-Wholesaler and Master Wholesaler Accounting: Maintain accurate financial
records for sub-wholesaler agreements, track commissions and payments, and reconcile
monthly statements.
PPC Marketing Accounting: Manage financial records related to PPC marketing
campaigns, including budgeting, expense tracking, and ROI analysis.
Sales Commission Accounting: Calculate and process commissions for sales agents,
call center representatives, and other personnel based on sales performance.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare periodic financial reports, including Profit &
Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements. Provide insights and
recommendations based on financial data to support business decisions.
Compliance & Taxation: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and assist
with tax planning and filing. Maintain updated knowledge of industry-specific accounting
standards and regulatory requirements.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, and
provide regular updates on financial performance against targets.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, ensure timely payments, and manage
accounts receivables and payables.
Inventory Management Support: Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to
ensure accurate tracking of room allocations and wholesale bookings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM4,200.00 per month
