Position: Customer Care Executive
Tenure: 12 months contract (Subject to renewal based on performance)
Salary: RM 2300 / Month
Working Days: 5 days (8.30 AM to 5 .30 PM – Monday to Friday)
Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
Job Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers or agents via telephone or email to provide information and assistance.
- Professionally handle inquiries accurately to the satisfaction of customers and agents.
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Process all Customer Service requests timely and efficiently within the turnaround time.
- Ensure that task and cases assigned are processed accordingly with full compliance based on rules and regulations of the Company.
Requirements:
- Degree in Customer Service Management or any equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service field is an added advantage.
- Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Fresh Degree Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must be able to start immediately.
