Position: Customer Care Executive

Tenure: 12 months contract (Subject to renewal based on performance)

Salary: RM 2300 / Month

Working Days: 5 days (8.30 AM to 5 .30 PM – Monday to Friday)

Working Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers or agents via telephone or email to provide information and assistance.
  • Professionally handle inquiries accurately to the satisfaction of customers and agents.
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Process all Customer Service requests timely and efficiently within the turnaround time.
  • Ensure that task and cases assigned are processed accordingly with full compliance based on rules and regulations of the Company.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Customer Service Management or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service field is an added advantage.
  • Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Fresh Degree Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
