Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit qualified dealers to market our products or services.
- Provide initial training and ongoing support to new dealers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
- Promote and explain our products or services to dealers effectively.
- Manage dealer orders and ensure timely processing.
- Conduct site visits to dealer locations to strengthen partnerships.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Monitor dealer performance and provide guidance or training as needed.
- Handle feedback and resolve dealer inquiries or complaints.
- Represent the company at exhibitions or promotional events to expand market reach.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification : Diploma in any field.
- Proven experience in sales or dealer management is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel frequently for site visits and dealer engagements.
- Familiarity with our products or industry is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
