Job Responsibilities:
· To assist and support daily operations in scheduling, documentation, and inquiries in a timely manner,
· Maintaining the filing system
· Interview and liaise with customers.
· Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
· Compile reports and distribute them to relevant departments
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
· Previous working experience in “KOPERASI KREDIT” or financial institutions is preferred for this position.
· Experienced in providing and maintaining "GOOD FILING SYSTEM" is essential.
· Experienced in using Microsoft Excel
· Required language(s) : Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
· At least 2 years of working experience in the “KOPERASI” field.
· Required skills : Loan processing for “KOPERASI”, customer service, computer literate, detail-oriented, communication skills.
· Hardworking, self-starter and can work independently with minimum supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
