Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, develop and manage content strategies for all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8, Xiao Hong Shu)
- Optimize and oversee corporate branding efforts
- KOL and Influencer marketing
- Experienced in demographic-focused campaign strategies
- Data-driven, able to analyze and gain insights from analytic tools
- Delegate and assign tasks to team members to ensure maximal output
- Leading and managing the social media team, including content creators, social media managers, and analysts.
- Crafting comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing social media performance using analytics tools to understand trends, audience behavior, and content effectiveness.
- Preparing regular reports on social media activities and presenting insights to management.
- Working closely with other departments such as sales and customer service to ensure cohesive communication and campaign execution.
- Staying informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the strategy fresh and relevant.
- Experimenting with new content formats, platforms, and techniques to enhance social media presence.
- Developing and implementing crisis communication plans for potential social media issues.
- Identifying and addressing any negative feedback or social media crises quickly and effectively to protect the brand's reputation.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven experience working in the Marketing field (4-5 years experience).
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field of study is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of major social media platforms.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms for content scheduling and management.
- Knowledge of content creation tools and software.
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate, guide, and develop a team of social media professionals.
- Able to develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to measure the performance of social media.
- Able to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions in crisis management scenarios.
- Excellent data analysis skills and ability to quickly identify market trends.
