Inventory Manager

FarmByte Sdn Bhd is growing its operation and would like to invite those who are interested in performing these Job Descriptions;

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the inventory system.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate supply without overstocking.
• Track and record inventory movement and updates in the system.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve stock variances or inconsistencies.
• Develop and implement storage strategies to maximize space and accessibility.
• Ensure inventory is stored in optimal conditions and organized systematically.
• Generate inventory reports for senior management, including turnover rates, stock levels, and waste analysis.
• Suggest cost-saving measures and process improvements based on data insights.
• Implement measures to reduce shrinkage, theft, or spoilage.
• Monitor the flow of goods to ensure accountability.

• Minimum Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in either relevant role.
• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Malaysia writing and verbal skills.

• Able to manage stressful situation for self and team.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
