Role Summary:
As a Studio Manager at BFT, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, driving membership growth, and fostering a positive and energetic culture. Your role will involve team leadership, member engagement, sales, and ensuring that the studio runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations:
- -Manage daily operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control. -Ensure the studio complies with all health, safety, and operational standards. -Coordinate with the BFT franchise team to implement new programs and initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- -Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of trainers and front desk staff. -Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. -Conduct regular team meetings to align on studio goals and performance.
Sales and Membership Management:
- -Drive membership acquisition and retention through effective sales strategies and exceptional member service. -Develop and implement promotional campaigns to boost engagement and studio revenue. -Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales and attendance.
Member Engagement:
- -Create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for all members. -Address member feedback promptly and professionally. -Organize events, challenges, and community-building activities to enhance member experience.
Brand Representation:
- -Ensure the studio reflects BFT’s values and brand standards. -Act as the face of the studio, building strong relationships within the local community.
Qualifications and Skills:
- -Proven experience in Group Training, either Spinning or other Group Training classes preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. -Sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving targets. -Passionate about fitness and committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle. -Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. -Proficient in MS Office and studio management software (preferred).
