- Manage foreign workers' permits, contracts, renewals, and compliance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate employee training, maintain records, apply for HRDF grants, and monitor training budgets.
- Process and verify staff claim, resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports.
- Assist in employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience, with exposure to staff claims, foreign worker management, training, and industrial relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, immigration policies, and HR best practices.
- Experience in coordinating training programs and supporting staff development.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
- Must be able to work in Kempas Lama.
- Available to join immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
