  • Manage foreign workers' permits, contracts, renewals, and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate employee training, maintain records, apply for HRDF grants, and monitor training budgets.
  • Process and verify staff claim, resolve discrepancies, and prepare reports.
  • Assist in employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, with exposure to staff claims, foreign worker management, training, and industrial relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, immigration policies, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in coordinating training programs and supporting staff development.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary for interactions with mandarin speaking principle.
  • Must be able to work in Kempas Lama.
  • Available to join immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
