Job Description: Overseeing e-commerce activities on product listing, pricing, and promotion on the e-commerce platforms (internal and external platform). Manage on daily e-commerce routine, including product listing, inventory management, shipment, order fulfilment, and promotional material and visual. Planning and execute e-commerce online campaign and promotion to meet company goal. Responsible for analysing data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven recommendation for improvement. Attend to customer inquiries on all e-commerce platform (internal and external). Implementing customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and loyalty. Attend to customer inquiries on all e-commerce platform (internal and external). Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Work closely with marketing and operation team, to ensure seamless e-commerce operations and enhance customer experience. Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent. Minimum of two years of experience in an e-commerce role would be an advantage. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated and a team player. Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
