Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Develop and implement retention strategies to ensure employee engagement and reduce turnover. Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Manage compensation and benefits programs and payroll process including salary structures, bonuses, and employee benefits packages. Support the performance appraisal process. Oversee training and development programs (Internal and External Training). Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Ensure employee records (attendance, data etc.) is maintain according to policy and legal requirements. To handle ad hoc tasks (eg: Foreign workers’ Working Permit, booking of air plane ticket & hotel for foreign visitors) Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
