Senior Architect Design (Building House)

Job description Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create preliminary design concepts based on client requirements, site conditions, and project constraints. Develop detailed design plans, sections, and elevations using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Integrate aesthetic, functional, and sustainable design principles into projects. Technical Documentation: Prepare construction drawings and technical specifications. Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations. Collaborate with engineers to incorporate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into designs. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure alignment between design and construction. Address design challenges or modifications during the construction process. Visualization and Presentation: Produce 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for client approval. Prepare and deliver design presentations to stakeholders. Sustainability and Innovation: Research and apply sustainable materials and construction techniques. Incorporate innovative solutions to improve building performance and user experience. Project Administration: Participate in site visits and meetings to review progress and resolve issues. Maintain design documentation and update project records as necessary. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite). Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
