WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

1. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods. 2. Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and logistics employees’ performance. Ensure the accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions. 3. Comply and participate in all ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Safety, FSC, PEFC and 5S matters. Ensure all process requirement in work instructions (WIs) are followed. 4. Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy. Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences. Replenishes stock and inventory as needed. 5. Ensures that all stocks are stored in the correct locations in the warehouse. Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule. 6. Schedules materials being transferred to and from the warehouse; coordinates the transfer of inventory between departments. 7. Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop operational plans and SOPs to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices. 8. Assists Supply Chain Manager with hiring, training and coaching of Logistics manpower. Determine staffing levels and assign workload. Communicate job expectations and targets. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. 9. Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing WIs and SOPs. Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to update warehouse status. Performs other related duties as assigned.
